The staff was excellent, the accommodation was atmospheric and clean. A personal safe, an air conditioning, and a work desk were available in our triple room. We booked it for £ 84.

The hotel was appealing and the staff was excellent, it had charming location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was just next door to the vineyards of Bordeaux, and golfcourse directly on foot-fence. It was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mclaren's Pantry, serving fast food.

The staff were amicable, reasonably good and helped me with free parking. Excellent food quality...

The room is warm, the people are very amiable and amazing. the location of the venue is nice and charming, near France and Médoc. It's located 2 miles from Pelican Bay Aquatic Center.

The restaurant was good and well designed

The bedrooms were in desperate need of modernising. The walls in between rooms too thinso you could hear the TV next door

Hotel is getting tired. Told the poor TV reception on France 2 & 3 was due to the fog!!! E10 for a poor and simple breakfast, that's a lot of money which could be better spent elsewhere.

Comfortable bed and room with extensive grounds, terrace, and swimming pool. Good breakfast choices and excellent dinner. Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere, perfect for a short stay. Two dogs were a hit with the youngest guest.

Very nice hotel in a good location, close to Bordeaux with a direct bus link to the city. Great facilities, pool and well maintained gardens. Excellent restaurant and as you would expect a very good selection of local wines. Hotel and restaurant staff were great, helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. They helped us with our French and we helped them with their English!!. We stayed quite late in the restaurant along with another french group, there was no pressure on us to leave and no problem in ordering extra coffee/drinks at the late hour. Would highly recommend Pont Bernet.

The easy going but courteous staff, the food and the wine. If you play golf and like wining and dining then it is the place, with the possibility to easily visit a number of Bordeaux Chateaux.

The room was very spacious with safety measures like smoke detectors in place.

The double room here had everything I needed - central heating, a work desk, and a TV. 📺 But the real highlight was the restaurant; the food was top-notch and I really enjoyed my meals there.

The value for my money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and had modern AC to ensure a perfect temperature at night. The breakfast option could have been better, as there were a few things missing like cups for coffee and fruit.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e le camere sono pulite e dotate di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Inoltre, è possibile godersi la vista dal balcone nella hall. La colazione è abbondante e il prezzo è sopra la media per l'Italia.

La doccia in questo hotel potrebbe essere un po' più spaziosa.
